The booking confirmation and a plain description of the bag you intend to take. If a connection means a second operator, say so. If a child or a companion will carry part of the load, say that too. We can work without photographs, but a shot of the empty bag beside a tape saves a round of questions.

Write to us with the ticket and the bag you already own
Use the form for a hallway check, a connection that changes operator, or a load shared with a child or a companion. We work from the confirmation you hold and the suitcase already in the cupboard — not from a wardrobe we invent.

Before you write
Questions people ask before the first note
Yes. The first check is meant to be done at home by someone who has not done it before. We tell you which numbers to copy from the ticket and where to put the tape. You do the measuring. We do not expect you to own a professional scale — a kitchen scale is enough for the weight, once the liquids are already inside.
That is one of the better reasons to write. The usual mistake is to put every irreplaceable item in the “main” suitcase. We split chargers, papers, and a change of clothes across the bags that will stay with each person, so a delay or a leak does not leave everyone standing in yesterday’s shirt.
Write again with the new confirmation. A different operator, a tighter cabin number, or an extra night without the hold piece can change what belongs in the cabin kit. We do not keep a frozen plan once the ticket in your hand is no longer the ticket we read.
We do not pack remotely and we do not ship a suitcase. The work is a written plan for the bag you already own. You run the hallway check. If you are near the desk, you can bring the packed bag; if you are not, photographs after the zipper is closed are enough for us to say what still looks forced.
The articles describe a method that can be reused. A consultation applies that method to one ticket and one bag. We will not rewrite a published note for your route inside the form reply. If you only need the general hallway check, start with the articles. If the fare, the connection, or the shared load is making the general note feel thin, write to us.
Most notes get a first reply within a day, often sooner, because the desk is open through the night. A complete first message is faster than a short one that forces us to ask for the ticket. If you need a voice call, say so in the form and leave a number we can use.

Where to find us
The address matches the footer. If you are bringing a packed bag, say so in the message so someone is at the door. Walk-ins without a note may wait.
How to read these materials
ammioverit provides knowledge about packing, baggage handling, and the practical checks that sit around a departure. The pages are written so you can prepare with more method than a last-hour pile of clothes. They describe approaches we use and consult on. They are not a substitute for the rules published by the operator on your ticket, and they are not a personal instruction for every route.
Conditions change between trips. Schedules shift. Screening procedures differ from one station to the next. A cabin size that fitted last season may have been updated. Details worth acting on should be confirmed again with the carrier, the terminal, and anyone travelling with you — close to departure, not only at the moment of booking.
Questions about medication, mobility, or how a journey may affect your health belong with a qualified clinician, not with a packing desk. We can talk about where documents live in a cabin bag. We cannot advise on what you should take for a medical condition.
Any decision about what to pack, what to check, or whether to travel is yours. If a bag is refused, delayed, or damaged, the operator’s process on the day is the one that applies. Read our notes, then verify the live rules, then pack. If you want a second pair of eyes on that sequence, you are welcome to contact us .
