4. Intellectual Property Rights

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and its materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, change, distribute, or create derivative works from Site materials without the Company’s prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms remain with the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ammioverit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the services, including, without limitation, loss of profit, data, or other intangible losses.

The Company is not liable for any loss arising from:

  • use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • access to the Site or its content;
  • unauthorised access to your data;
  • any act or omission of a third party.

If the Company is found liable for any loss, its liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services during the year immediately before the claim arose.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and continue to apply in full.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from these Terms or from use of the Site must first be addressed through negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration will take place in California, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on the parties. Each party bears its own arbitration costs.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if that is needed to protect the Company or other users.

When access to the Site ends, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms end at once. You agree to stop using the Site and to delete all materials obtained from it.

ammioverit provides knowledge about packing, baggage handling, and the practical checks that sit around a departure. The pages are written so you can prepare with more method than a last-hour pile of clothes. They describe approaches we use and consult on. They are not a substitute for the rules published by the operator on your ticket, and they are not a personal instruction for every route.

Conditions change between trips. Schedules shift. Screening procedures differ from one station to the next. A cabin size that fitted last season may have been updated. Details worth acting on should be confirmed again with the carrier, the terminal, and anyone travelling with you — close to departure, not only at the moment of booking.

Questions about medication, mobility, or how a journey may affect your health belong with a qualified clinician, not with a packing desk. We can talk about where documents live in a cabin bag. We cannot advise on what you should take for a medical condition.

Any decision about what to pack, what to check, or whether to travel is yours. If a bag is refused, delayed, or damaged, the operator’s process on the day is the one that applies.
